Axiology holds licences as both a multilateral trading facility and a settlement system under the pilot framework, using a private XRP Ledger for its registry. Founder and CEO Marius Jurgilas positions the firm as a conduit routing retail and crypto capital into SME debt, sidestepping the scale thresholds of conventional bond markets. The platform has also enabled issuances with crowdfunding distributors LetsInvest and Bondea.
The deal illustrates the pilot regime’s intended use case: on-chain debt outside the institutional perimeter, with regulated infrastructure wrapping around crowdfunding distribution. The structure serves as a reference point for sizing minimum viable issuance and modelling platform economics where the MTF and CSD are co-licensed.
