Marketnode and Victory Securities Link Infrastructure to Distribution Across Asia-Pacific

Key points

  • Marketnode and Victory Securities announced a partnership on 25 June 2026 to expand access to tokenised and traditional financial products across Asia-Pacific.
  • Marketnode is backed by Euroclear, HSBC, SGX Group, and Temasek and operates digital market infrastructure spanning data services, transaction management, and tokenisation with distribution support.
  • Victory Securities, listed as 8540.HK with over 50 years of history, holds SFC licences for Types 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9, and since 2023 has been the only SFC-licensed entity in Hong Kong covering virtual asset trading, advisory, and asset management.
  • The partnership is intended to lower barriers to entry for products previously harder to reach by combining Marketnode's settlement efficiency with Victory Securities' established distribution network.
  • Qualified clients of both firms are expected to gain access to a wider and more diverse range of investment opportunities spanning both tokenised and traditional products.

Marketnode, the Singapore-based digital market infrastructure operator backed by Euroclear, HSBC, SGX Group, and Temasek, has entered a partnership with Hong Kong’s Victory Securities (8540.HK) to broaden investor access to tokenised and traditional financial products across Asia-Pacific. Victory Securities holds a full suite of Securities and Futures Commission licences covering Types 1, 2, 4, 6, and 9, and in 2023 became the first and, as of the announcement date, only SFC-licensed entity in Hong Kong to hold licences for virtual asset trading, advisory, and asset management concurrently.

The arrangement connects Marketnode’s tokenisation and settlement capabilities with Victory Securities’ existing client base and product shelf. Qualified clients of both firms are expected to gain access to a broader product range, with tokenisation cited as a mechanism for improving the efficiency of movement and settlement, thereby reducing barriers that previously limited reach for certain products.

The likelier read is that this is a distribution play as much as a technology one: Marketnode supplies the infrastructure rails and tokenisation tooling, while Victory Securities contributes regulated, cross-border client relationships built over more than fifty years of operation. For operators watching how institutional-grade tokenised products find their way to end investors in Asia, this structure, regulated infrastructure provider paired with a multi-licence broker, is emerging as a repeatable model across the region.
